The simplicity of spiritual training is to look for things unseen, to seek for stuff which can’t easily be sensed.

Huh?

Look – have you seen a spirit? OK, it’s more common than you think. Ever shook hands with one? That’s a lot rarer.

But the bottom line to any success in this universe (if you want to call it that) is simply seeking perfection in everything around you and all that you do. Even if it doesn’t exist. And you have to start with your own mind.

Wallace Wattles was the first I’ve read to really put this across:

“And he must do, every day, all that can be done that day, taking care to do each act in a successful manner.”

spiritual training Get Everything You Want by Seeking Perfection FirstBut you’ll also find it in the authors he studied, like Thomas Troward, or in contemporaries such as Charles Haanel.

One of my favorites down this line is Christian Larson (“The Ideal Made Real”) where he examined the old Hermetic Principle that the Law of Attraction was based on – Correspondence. “As within, so without.”

Meaning that as you get peace internally, you’ll find a peaceful world around you. As you recognize the basic abundance you already possess (and no one can take away from you), then you’ll see that world around you then start giving you things in abundance. And of course, it never hurts to use the Golden Rule and start helping other people find their own abundance regardless of how much you have showing up. And give this away in advance, completely open-handedly.

Of course, all this can be tracked right back to the Huna,

“The world is what you think it is.”

and

“Energy flows where attention goes.”

The spiritual technique I’d like to share today is very, very simple (as usual.)

  1. spiritual training Get Everything You Want by Seeking Perfection FirstWhen you see something non-optimum, apply Ho’oponopono (see Vitale’s Zero Limits) to immediately take responsibility for it as part of your universe.
  2. Then get the vision back in front of you for the most perfect ideal you could imagine – make this real and also release this to the Universe to take care of.
  3. If you get some “noise” coming in, then release that by tracing back the negative/non-optimum feeling that showed up right down to the basic desire and let all that go. Keep this up until your normal state of calm returns.
  4. Then again get that vision out, dust it off, and send it off to Higher Intelligence to take care of.

What this does is to get perfection showing up around you. And while it’s true that Zen says everything around you is already perfect (such as Alan Watts), you are responsible to make the world the way you want it. Not that you are getting into having to change it, but you can get into the game of how beautiful and nice it can be.

We are just making our internal world perfect, and so the outer world will follow suit.

They are simply holding onto too much garbage in their lives.

It really goes back to the Golden Rule: You have to give before you can get.

Meaning you have to quit resisting stuff and simply “pay it forward in advance”.

I’ve often covered Lester Levenson and his release technique here. This is a very simple and effective way of letting things go which are in your way.

More practically, what is stopping you is your own thoughts. Earl Nightingale (in his “Strangest Secret”) referred to Napoleon Hill’s quote: “We become what we think about.”

But it was Levenson who found how to “turn off” all that thinking. In “The Secret”, you were told that it’s estimated we think an outrageous number of thoughts daily. And many, many people say that we can’t control our own mind.

Just a little study in this area disproves this. Napoleon Hill and Charles Haanel both gave techniques in their books which would do this. Nightingale had another in that recording.

But people have problems with this – particularly positive thinking – because all these negatives are in their way. And those negatives are constantly generated out of bad mental habits you’ve spent a lifetime putting there. The good news, is that all these “bad” or negative thoughts aren’t native.

So moving over to positive and constructive is simply an action of recognizing and letting go the bad ones so that the good ones will shine through. Almost too easy.

Just learn the Levenson release techniques and you’ll be on your way to attracting what you really want and as well, all the positive thinking you want to do will start working for real.

Quit rejecting and start living!

Just release.

A fine balance between what’s inside and what shows up around you http://robertworstell.com/sedona-method/fine-balance-levenson-sedona/#utm_source=feed&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=feed http://robertworstell.com/sedona-method/fine-balance-levenson-sedona/#comments Mon, 29 Mar 2010 21:37:30 +0000 Robert Worstell http://robertworstell.com/?p=915 spiritual training Get Everything You Want by Seeking Perfection First

I’ve been struck recently to the constant problems people face in getting their view of how the world should run as they see it on the inside to what should be, in their opinion, showing up on the outside.

Manifestation, in the view from “The Secret” DVD, is really a lower “harmonic” of what we are talking about here. But the two are so closely related that they are just practically the same set of steps.

The earliest and most clear manual on this came from Christian Larson, and his bestseller “Ideal Made Real“. And my recent (continuing) studies of Levenson’s Sedona Method are simply a finer development. (As are most things I’ve found with Levenson – he simplifies concepts down to primary applications anyone can use.)

So I dug out my old copy of Larson to see what he had said back there in the 1920′s.

And there’s this fascinating tidbit which combines what we know of the Golden Rule (giving before you can get), but is also reminiscent of Wallace Wattles’ “Science of Getting Rich” (taking care with each little bit).

To give does not mean simply to give money, unless that is the best you have; but rather to give your own service, your own talents, your ability, your own true worth and your own real self. The man who lives a real life at all times and under all circumstances is giving his best and the very best possible that can be given.

A real life truly lived in the world is a power, and the person who lives such a life is a power for good wherever he may be. The presence of such a person is an inspiration and a light, as we all know. The man who loves the whole world with heart and soul, and loves without ceasing is doing far more for the race than he who endows universities, and will receive a far greater reward.

We must remember, however, that such a love is not mere sentiment. Real love is a power and will cause the person who has it to do his very best for everybody under every possible circumstance. That person whose heart is with the race will never be satisfied with inferior work. He will never shirk nor leave the problems of life to somebody else; he will go in and push wherever something good is being done, and he will constantly endeavor to render better and better service where ever his field of action may be.

And that is probably closest to what I see as the necessary balance a person has to maintain. You see the ideal intellectually inside you and work to bring this to the outside through your actions – and manifestations. Reach too high in the ideal and you risk frustration. Accept too low in the actual and your life is wasted.

However, Larson continues in this vein – as if reading my thoughts (through a time warp):

On the other hand, when we have faith in people we help them to have faith in themselves, and the more faith a person has in himself the fewer his mistakes and the better his work. When we have faith in everybody and are constantly expecting the best from everybody we create wholesome conditions in our own minds, conditions that will tend to develop the best in ourselves; that person, however, who has no faith in others will soon lose faith in himself, and when he does there will be a turn for the worse in his life.

So this tends to prove what I had discussed with a friend – as I mentioned I was in the middle of this post as a subject. He reminded me of what Huna has as a primary principle – that “There are no limits.” So as you demonstrate faith in others and expect them to have faith in you, as you give your best and expect the best from others, there is no inside and outside.

This is also known as integrity.

So when Hermes Trimestigus said something (on that mystic Emerald Tablet) down the lines of “as above, so below”, which has also been translated to mean “as within, so without” – there is not so much as an iota difference in actuality.

But where we can use this balance is in seeking to ever raise the high limits we’ve set for ourselves as a goal.  This, then, brings new realities to ourselves and to our surrounding world (which are arguably one and the same.)

Old habits die hard, I imagine.

Try this and see – and let me know what you think.

Does Scientology and Hubbard blow or suck? http://robertworstell.com/scam/scientology-lronhubbard/#utm_source=feed&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=feed http://robertworstell.com/scam/scientology-lronhubbard/#comments Sat, 23 Jan 2010 16:24:54 +0000 Robert Worstell http://robertworstell.com/?p=1499 spiritual training Get Everything You Want by Seeking Perfection First

Just woke up from a nightmare involving Scientology and L. Ron Hubbard. Which is weird, since it’s been years. Used to have them regularly. And practically, only my study of Huna as a comparative belief-system actually was able to get any sense of these (and make them quit).

Scientology is a closed system, a religion which doesn’t believe in any God, but rather emphasizes the spirituality of the individual.

My Billion Year Contract: Memoir of a Former ScientologistIt’s run by a corporate cult, in that in order to live and work and succeed around that organization, you have to believe and act in certain ways. A lot of that involves kowtowing (bowing deeply in subservience) to the existing corporate heads and to Hubbard in absentia.

From an outsiders’ view, simply look how North Korea acts and you’ll have some parallels.

Sure, I’m being critical here. Probably the last time I’ll bring this up.

But there’s a difference between the philosophy of Scientology and what Hubbard created as a management body to carry on after he left. Even Anonymous - on it’s two-year anniversary of protesting against this corporation – respects the beliefs of those followers and staff, but not the decisions the corporation makes and continues.

Philosophically, Scientology was taken off the rails right at a policy called Keeping Scientology Working, where Hubbard said that he alone created and distilled this body of work and that no one else was going to be permitted to help him with this after that point. Lots of contribution helped him get to where he was. And when you look over his work, you’ll find that he got all of his ideas (yes, every single one) from some earlier author. Everything can be traced back. Everything.

In order to sort out my own head after 20+ years as staff, I’ve had to do considerable amount of this back-tracking. I’ve described this scene graphically:

Imagine a basketball court whose floor is filled with ice cream sundaes. From side to side, right up to the bleachers which surround it. Scientology is the cherries picked off all those sundaes. The best part (and most filling) has been left on the floor. People are told who study this work that “that is all there is”. But frankly, they are missing the best part.

Deceived (One Woman's stand against the Church of Scientology.)While Hubbard would tell people in his “Way to Happiness” to not be critical and to treat others according to the Golden Rule, he didn’t follow his own advice. His recorded lectures are intensely critical of many different subjects. You can find all of Hubbard’s recordings online now – check it out for yourself.

Essentially, he wanted to get rich and was successful in that. He also died mysteriously, on psychiatric drugs. No family or friends present, only a caretaker who was last heard about as hiding from corporate Scientology.

But you take Hubbard’s belief-system and compare it with Alan Watt’s description of Zen that he gave in a lecture once. He said Zen has no doctrine, no dogma, no belief-system you have to accept. It’s simply a way of life.

Now then, if one must try to say something about what Zen is, and I want to do this by way of introduction, I must make it emphatic that Zen, in its essence, is not a doctrine. There’s nothing you’re supposed to believe in. It’s not a philosophy in our sense, that is to say a set of ideas, an intellectual net in which one tries to catch the fish of reality.

The Road to Xenu:Life Inside ScientologyScientology is no way of life. It’s a dogmatic belief-system enforced by threat of excommunication and shunning. And even Hubbard agrees that Zen Buddhism civilized the bulk of this planet.

It’s actually easier to research Scientology than it is Alan Watts. My opinion on why this is so is that the corporate structure Hubbard formed is so destructive in the actions it takes that it engenders antipathetic comments and criticism. Fuels the very fire that is burning it.

I should know, I was part of it for years. And for those I hurt with my actions, I apologize.

Since, I’ve worked as I can through my books,  this blog, and other sites to help others find their own way out of the winding labyrinth which Hubbard created through his corporate Scientology. You’ll see on this blog that I’ve got several proposals which can help people get their own life back.

So others don’t have to have recurring nightmares anymore.

This write-up was probably overdue. In October, it will be a decade since I left. And it’s only been through an intense study of scams in the last two years, where I saw that the “long arm” of the legal and PR branches of corporate Scientology are nothing to fear. Rather, they are subject to simple pity. Even the heads of these branches have been leaving that sinking ship in droves, lately.

Your life is and has always been your own. Live it as best you can. And any current or former Scientologist who wants to get relief – just contact me via this blog. I’ll help as best I can.

How I thrive in these uncertain times. http://robertworstell.com/personal-development/thrive-freedom-peace/#utm_source=feed&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=feed http://robertworstell.com/personal-development/thrive-freedom-peace/#comments Tue, 22 Dec 2009 06:15:00 +0000 robertworstell http://robertworstell.com/?p=1306 spiritual training Get Everything You Want by Seeking Perfection First

You basically have to know where you’re going and where you are at.

A friend sent me this cute story which basically tells off all these people with their drive to “make money online” and “become a millionaire overnight”.

An older blog post I wrote asked the question “What if their is no mountain?

And as well, you may have noticed my continuing posts on the Sedona Method release technique.

The point of all this is coming out in my new book, “Freedom Is — (period). All the Happiness, Peace, and Freedom you could ever want is already in you. You just have to let it out.

And while you are releasing all these negative thoughts to just be yourself, you also meanwhile learn how to get all the wealth, success, and loving relationships you could ever want as well. But the trick is to get beyond the “get rich quick” mindset (which Sedona helps you to do) and really concentrate on that peace of mind which money can’t buy.

All religions and philosophies (even those the money-hungry Wall Street bankers use) – all these point to the same thing: you only get peace of mind from yourself. And how you get it is to start getting really accepting and grateful for what you already have.

This is what I’ve learned over the past year, in all my various escapades. People aren’t really working against you, unless you are working against them. But the joke is that since we are all connected, you are just working against yourself.

Here’s where the Golden Rule really points out the humor in our lives. All this work with politicians and lawyers in order to “make money” when you already have all the abundance in your life you could ever ask for… You just have to treat others as you want to be treated. And then they will. Because you are “they”.

Or, look at it this way: there are a great deal of people out there who want to help you – if you will only let them.

Cheers!

PS. This also works for the “Law of Attraction”. Same ‘diff…

How you are just really looking at yourself – so be nice… http://robertworstell.com/lifestyle-choice/look-yourself-mirror-releasing/#utm_source=feed&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=feed http://robertworstell.com/lifestyle-choice/look-yourself-mirror-releasing/#comments Tue, 08 Dec 2009 23:49:20 +0000 Robert Worstell http://robertworstell.com/?p=1243 spiritual training Get Everything You Want by Seeking Perfection First

There’s an interesting point, maybe the last I’ll bring up along this line (don’t worry, I’ve got a new book coming out about Freedom – which is why my posts have dropped off lately…)

We’ve already covered how the Huna principle that we are all connected actually explains the Golden Rule.  Of course, this goes further. It’s again about your lifestyle choices.

As you treat anyone in a vengeful, or even slightly hateful manner, so will your own life contain that slight hint of hate or vengeance.  Too logical, right?

What is more interesting is also found in the above. We are all connected, meaning that what ever you do to someone else – you are actually doing it to yourself at the same time.

Of course, we can then take responsibility for what is happening to us by following all this.  The Golden Rule gives us instruction, a rule. The Huna says why it works that way – and why it’s one rule you can’t set aside or try to break.

All my lamenting about rip off artists was as I was unable to simply let them go. I wasn’t simply releasing on that whole scene. Anything I did which was negative toward them simply came back at me. And like that tar-baby, I couldn’t let go – nor could they.

You’ll see most of the posts about anything to do with these guys have been removed. This is simply so I can move on. It doesn’t relieve them of their responsibilities or what happens to them – it just gets me off their back and them off mine. I’ve tried to help them long enough. But everyone finally graduates from school (or drops out.) The separation is final.

The underlying lesson for me was that I was causing my own grief. And as I’ve pointed out – it takes both a ripoff artist and a willing victim to perpetrate a rip off. Sure, there can be Justice. But the trick is to learn how to love in spite of all.

And the fine point is to know when to move on. You have to be able to look at how the lessons have gone and when you have learned enough along that line.

You have to know when and how to spot a tar-baby and just walk on by.

Because that tar-baby is you. We are all connected. There are no limits.

Not just pieces in a board game: Live for Others in order to Improve Your Own Life http://robertworstell.com/lifestyle-choice/not-just-board-game-live-others-order-improve-your-own-life/#utm_source=feed&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=feed http://robertworstell.com/lifestyle-choice/not-just-board-game-live-others-order-improve-your-own-life/#comments Tue, 03 Nov 2009 17:56:51 +0000 Robert Worstell http://robertworstell.com/?p=772 Game of Life - not another " chest" game

Regardless of the graphic there is really only one way to play the game of life. It’s how you win.

Here’s the bottom line – we are each individually and personally here to evolve, to get better, to make the best of life in this existence that we can.

Now, despite all the various “Laws” which have come up over the years, there is only one which is observed by every known religion, philosophic, and deep thinker on this planet – from time immemorial up to the present moment. Because it can be proved by every single person to exist and work.

“You only get back what you give away.”

And this Law governs all success, all health, all the wants, dreams, and desires any human could expect to be, do, acquire, or attain in any life. It governs everything.

For some, this means “Love your neighbor as yourself.” In other, older versions, “an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.”

(And there was that famous judge who put an end to the physical interpretation of this by agreeing that they could have their pound of flesh, but they could take only that – no blood or other fluids, nothing else.)

It is the Golden Rule in various versions, the Koran as well as the Bible, as well as ancient Druid texts, Hindu, Egyptian, and even earlier to the oldest philosophies that still survive in remote Polynesian islands.

We are all connected, there are no limits – so this rule says that when you hurt someone else, you hurt yourself, when you help someone else, you help yourself.

If you look at any millionaire, billionaire or better (or worse), you’ll see that their money acquisition was on the backs of making other people rich at the same time. Ray Kroc (founder of McDonald’s chain) made far more millionaires than he could count. Sam Walton’s (Wal-Mart) expanded the sales of his suppliers many times over and was constantly working to improve the quality of life of his customers.

And that is the point to all this. To the degree you want to succeed in business, to get a great amount of income flowing toward you, to have a great home, nice stuff all around you – what do you have to do? What do you have to put your attention on?

The value of the product or service you are giving away.

Now, this doesn’t mean we need to all be paupers. Quite the reverse. The oddest thing is that people won’t value something, won’t really use it, unless they have to give something of value in return. That is really the only reason profitable commerce continues to exist and communism/socialism always fails.

That Rolls Royce or that Cadillac is worth every penny. People will pay more for grass-fed beef which is raised naturally without hormones or excessive growth-producing chemicals – that they know where it came from. They’ll pay several times what it took to create that beef and grow it for the two years it took to get to that size. Several times what they could have paid for that same beef at an auction yard and gotten it processed.

The added value is in bringing that specific product to them in a way they can use it best.

That’s more to our point:

Any business or individual will only succeed
to the exact degree that they help others succeed.

For better or worse, Bill Gates’ billions didn’t arrive without giving a great deal of value to the computer industry and the personal computer buyers. Us, in other words. Take any industry leader and the also-rans. The best, the top of their class always, always gives value in greater quantity than they extract. Sure, there are “other factors” – but that is the key one. (And why Apple and the Linux community hold onto major shares of this market? Even better value.)

Your own success it really just this point:

Whatever it is that you want – help someone else get it, or better, several someone’s. If you want help, help others. If you want to get rich, help others get rich. Want better health? – Work to improve others’ health. There are examples all around of how this works.

The reverse is true – run a ripoff scheme on other people and you can’t hold on to your own money. It’s only temporary. If you want permanent wealth around you – you’ll build wealth for others many times over in advance of your own, or at the same time. Not afterwards. (Ripoff artists and politicians only have to hide when they are hiding something.)

This isn’t a government job, which by definition is always taking something away by threat of force to “help” someone. I’ll dissect government at another time. The deal here: all help is a personal thing. What ever you personally want, you have to help others get it first, or at least at the same time you do. Only then can you really fulfill your desires.

And once you get everything you could possibly want or need? Then just keep helping others learn how to do it for themselves. That’s why all the really rich turn to helping others, even giving all their wealth away (like Buffet, Gates, and earlier, Carnegie, Rockefeller, etc.) Because now that you’re there, what else do you have to do?

And how about those who amassed great fortunes only to die bankrupt — they didn’t follow that Golden Rule. Help others all the time. Every way you can.

That’s the only way out of this human existence we share on this planet at this time. Remember, Jesus said that “Heaven is within you.” And hell-on-earth is just ignoring this one rule.

Your choice.

Here’s some options from Amazon for playing the game of life…

What is your path – how do you find Your Way? http://robertworstell.com/sedona-method/path-find/#utm_source=feed&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=feed http://robertworstell.com/sedona-method/path-find/#comments Fri, 30 Oct 2009 21:58:32 +0000 Robert Worstell http://robertworstell.com/?p=1030 spiritual training Get Everything You Want by Seeking Perfection First

One last point.

Your path is entirely your own. There is only one Way for you – and that is the one you pick out and resolve for yourself.

This idea of using the releasing technique, my little joke of using “KISS BUTT” to get everything you really want in life – that doesn’t work for everyone.

There are exactly as “many paths up the mountain” as their are individuals in this Universe.  There can be no “one way and only one way” – because we are all connected, but completely different.

While all spiritual paths are correct in their basic data, many religions (and governments) go astray because they inherit the same problems their followers have. They think they are separate from everyone else and so they are right and everyone else is wrong.

Needless to say, this doesn’t work. Thinking someone else is wrong just comes back to you, doesn’t it?  Accepting people for what they are, giving them unconditional love – these actions will bring you acceptance and love in return, won’t they?

That old Golden Rule scene we’ve talked about over and over.

The other phrase I’m fond of quoting goes: “No one school has all the teachers.” That’s from the older Polynesian sayings, which are probably the oldest surviving philosophic system that this planet has. And those islands are amazingly peaceful these days.

While I tell people that releasing is probably the greatest discovery since Fire and the Wheel (right up there with sliced bread and spreadable margarine) – I also have to say that it’s not for everyone.

I tell you to throw away all that you’ve read here and prove it for yourself. That is really, really the only way to find Truth. Because truth is completely personal to you. No two people share the same exact truth.

Of course that explains why no government really works and dictators seldom end their career alive and in power.

The best approach is and always has been to let people work things out for themselves. Let communities solve situations as best they can, groups of communities decide what’s best on a broader basis, states to solve solutions based on a broad consensus (if at all) and the national government to simply keep its nose out – excepting only national concerns like defense and safeguarding trade lines.

And I’d love every single government employee at all levels to apply less kiss-butt and more KISS BUTT – they could release on having to control and approve anything for the rest of us, as well as only doing those things which would benefit others as they would like to be benefited.

But regardless of politics, just work out the optimal solution for yourself.

Whatever your path is – go at it until you achieve your own personal freedom and everlasting happiness. We all share one other, common thing – inside, we are all Masters. And we just need to let is shine out through all that we’ve stacked up on top of it. Do just that for yourself and we all win.

Thanks for listening to all I’ve said here. Now I’m done.

You can safely throw it all away and write your own blog now.

I wish you a great eternity.

Helping others is the best way to speed up helping yourself.  This is a very, very old idea – but it’s almost disappeared in our modern “culture”.  (At least, until the Sedona releasing technique.)

The basic understanding below it is that we are all connected. The fallacy of our modern days, and how this game called the Universe became a “trap” was that the idea that we are all separate came around and got agreed upon.

If we aren’t really connected, then it’s OK to cause you harm, since it won’t affect me, will it?  But we had these reminders over and over and over, in every single major and minor philosophy and religious text: what you cause to others happens to you.

One of the most recent versions of this was “Treat others as you would like to be treated.”

From this you can also see: “You have to give before you can get.”

But it’s all back to the point that we are all connected. Consider that old adage, “When you blame someone else, one finger is pointing at them, and three are pointing back at you.”  True, isn’t it?

When you make someone feel bad, try to make them responsible for some situation or outcome, they feel bad, but you feel worse for having done that. Because it really just comes back to you, regardless of your considerations that you and that person aren’t connected. Because you are – and down deep, you know it.

The Golden Rule works whether you believe it or not. It has nothing to do with beliefs, which are just thoughts, after all. It’s the way this place was set up.

It’s not just me saying it – but I tell you again: throw this away and check it for yourself. Watch others’ lives and see if it doesn’t happen to them like that. Go around cheering people up and see if you don’t wind up more cheerful yourself. I don’t advise anyone to go around being critical of others, but you probably look back at situations where you could have had a better outcome if you didn’t criticize some person at that time.

Whatever you send out into the world comes back the same way. Some world-views hold that it comes back stronger (remember the three fingers above?) Others say it’s an “eye-for-an-eye” type of phenomenon.

And so those people who are constantly deceiving people wind up being scammed themselves. And their money goes through their fingers like it wasn’t theirs – which is true.

If you look over your life to see how you can improve the lives of others around you, and then take actions to improve those lives – you’ll find that your own world improves to that same degree, or more.

So if you have a certain goal, help others achieve a similar goal they have – and then yours comes around that much faster.

And if you are after personal freedom, well…

Again – disregard what I say here and test it for yourself.

See you tomorrow…

The unimportance of importances http://robertworstell.com/sedona-method/unimportance-importances/#utm_source=feed&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=feed http://robertworstell.com/sedona-method/unimportance-importances/#comments Sat, 17 Oct 2009 11:42:26 +0000 Robert Worstell http://robertworstell.com/?p=990 spiritual training Get Everything You Want by Seeking Perfection First

Nothing is really important.

Sure, there are things you should do to keep living on this planet. But let the Universe show you what these are.

Take “your passion in life”. Most people draw a blank when you ask them what they feel their purpose in life is – what they are here to accomplish in this lifetime. But that’s usual. Most people have the bulk of the Universe walled off so it can’t get out. Most people “work” at “jobs” to “make money” or “make a living.”

And some people get paid to play baseball or some other sport for a living. They retire when they are in their 30′s or 40′s and manage real estate or golf all day, or some such. And the bulk of us these days have several careers.

I know of an organization that set about to find out the basic purpose of all their employees. They set up a huge program and put all their staff through it. But when the results started coming out, they found out that a small percentage of people were simply quitting their jobs as it wasn’t what they really wanted to do with their lives. Of course that was a disruption. So management quickly came down with a correction that revised the program into “finding what their purpose for their job was”. This stopped the turnover. But it was trying to put a cork in the genie’s bottle. (Frankly, they already had turnover all the time because people were frustrated from their denied purposes already. So their revision solved nothing in fact.)

I was one of those people who saw this and simply moved out of their way – into the Way which the Universe was going. Like was said earlier – you have to let your light shine. It’s far easier and more comfortable than any corporate job working for someone else – unless that is exactly what you should be doing.

The Sedona Method release technique simply help you find and confirm your passion.

If you’re happy, contented, and everything is going fine around you – then you are on the right path for you. Simple. Because the world is perfect.

And this is why I don’t mention earlier Masters here, or quote the legacy or writings of others. What good would it do? Someone pulling off a miracle just builds resistance in others so they can’t follow as easily. Sure, if everyone were pulling off miracles every day, then it’s common place. Like flying in an airplane, or driving along a road while you’re sitting still inside a car. Or holding a piece of plastic to your ear and talking to someone on another continent. Miracles in the 1800′s – not today.

Learn from the world around you, but more importantly, let the Universe already within you give you the lessons you need next. Let your light shine.

Here is one importance you can and should reject until you possibly can make it your own – testing it for yourself:

Whatever you want, give it away to someone else first in order to make it show up. That’s one version of the Golden Rule. Treat others as you would want to be treated. Cheer someone else up in order to be happiest yourself. Help others be successful and your success is assured. If you don’t have something, figure out how to help someone else get it – first.

Of course that flies in the face of any idea of competition. But competition is a lie, anyway, isn’t it? “Level playing fields” are fantasies. No such thing. Winners simply out-create others. Sports are putting a bunch of talented people onto a arena where they are hampered by various rules and “now your supposed to’s” so they can excel to produce a very, very narrow range of accomplishments. The Universe isn’t like that. Everyone excels in their own specialty. And there are just as many specialties as their are people.

So this of course comes in as: “many paths up the mountain”. What is important for you isn’t as important for the next guy.

Listen to the Universe within you – your own particular flavor. That’s where your Freedom is going to shine from. And it’s your Freedom, not the next guy’s.

Until tomorrow…
